COLD-END COATING SPRAY BRIDGE

The VarroTec B.V. Cold-End Spray Bridge is used to apply Cold-End coating to assure that glass containers will move properly through high speed filling lines and to assure that the surface of these containers are adequately protected from becoming damaged during sliding contact.

The Spray Bridge in combination with a VarroTec B.V. Dosing System guarantee a homogeneous and well distributed treatment on all sizes and shapes of glass containers.

The Cold-End Bridges is available up to 6000mm length in an upper belt version as well as an under belt version.
Servo motors and Siemens control guarantee an uninterrupted coating process at the Cold-End area.
